Form W-4 Special Instructions

As an F-1 Visa holding non-resident alien, you are to fill this form in place of Form W-9. This form will be handed to your employer to inform them of what taxes they should withhold from your paycheck.

Fill up the lower half of the first page as instructed by the form, but take note of these additional instructions as a non-resident alien.

A social security number is required.
